When placing your monogram order, please provide us with your first, middle, and last initials. For example, if your name is Megan Stephanie Devers, please provide the initials as MSD. “M” is the first initial, “S” is the middle initial, and “D” is the last initial. Stella & Bean will place the initials accordingly into the monogram style you have selected. In traditional monogram styles, the largest letter is the last name and is placed in the middle. Make sure you enter the letters in the exact way you want them to appear on the item, for example “THOMAS,” “Thomas,” or “thomas”. Please note that the size & placement of the monograms are determined by Stella & Bean.
For one letter monograms:
Please provide the first initial in the appropriate input field when you place your order. For example, Alex will be A or Smith will be S. Note: Elegant monogram style can only be used for one letter monogramming.
For two letter monograms:
Please provide only the first and second initials in the appropriate input fields when you place your order. For example, Kevin Joseph will be KJ.
For three letter monograms:
Please provide the first, middle, and last initials in the appropriate fields when you place your order. Monograms will be placed, by Stella & Bean, according to monogram style.
Please provide text you would like on your item in input field on order page. If you would like multiple line of text, please indicate separate lines by using the “enter” button so Stella & Bean will know how many lines you desire.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order. Acceptable refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days.
Stella & Bean regrets that personalized items may not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that this does not include ship time. Some of our items may be out of stock or on backorder. Stella & Bean will contact you within one business day if your order is going to be delayed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items will ship via ground delivery. Our carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box number, so please include your street address when placing your order. Rush deliveries are available on some items. Please contact us at (540) 592-9599 between the hours of 9am-6pm, if you wish to have your order expedited.
